Salsa
2 tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 jalapeno pepper
5 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1/4 cup cilantro
1 avocado
the juice from half of a fresh lime
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
Chop the first set of ingredients and combine in a bowl. Pour in the lime juice, then add the seasonings. Refrigerate for an hour, or overnight, before serving.
